  • What kind of artwork do you do?
    I create high-end digital photo artistry,blending photography, digital painting, textures, and mixed media techniques to craft emotionally evocative and often surreal compositions. My work is deeply personal, often rooted in symbolism, memory, and abstract storytelling. Each piece is available as a limited-edition museum-quality Diasec print, created with care and intention.
  • What sizes do you print?
    My square artworks range from 60 x 60 cm up to 120 x 120 cm. Portrait and landscape pieces are available from 42 x 59.4 cm (A2) up to 84 x 119 cm (A0). Each size is limited to just 8 prints. Artworks are available either: • Diasec-mounted – a high-end, museum-quality finish where the artwork is face-mounted to acrylic glass for exceptional depth and vibrance. • Print-only on Hahnemühle Photo Rag – a premium cotton paper known for its beautiful texture and archival quality.
  • What do you mean by limited edition prints?
    A limited edition means only a set number of prints will ever be produced in each size—once they’re sold out, no more will be made. Each print is individually numbered and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, making it a collectible piece of art.
  • Why don't you offer framing?
    Framing is a personal choice, and I believe it’s important for collectors to select the frame, mount, border, and glass type that best suit their space and style. These decisions are often influenced by your existing décor and budget. If you prefer a ready-to-hang option, my Diasec® face-mounted artworks are a sleek, modern alternative that don’t require framing.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?
    I always strive to provide the best possible service, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact me right away. I’ll do everything I can to sort it out as quickly as possible.
  • What if I would like to cancel my order after payment?
    If for some reason you change your mind please contact me within 12 hrs of placing your order.
  • How long does artwork delivery take?
    Artwork Prints: For orders within South Africa, delivery usually takes up to 2 weeks. International orders may take a few days longer. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know where your print is. All prints are shipped via tracked, insured courier services to ensure safe delivery. Diasec® Mounted Artworks: Please allow up to 30 days for delivery, as these pieces involve a specialised third-party printing and mounting process. You’ll receive regular updates on production progress and estimated delivery. Diasec® artworks are also shipped with full tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
  • What happens if I purchase an item on Pre-Order?
    MY products are custom printed and hand made to the highest standards. Pre-orders will take between 7 - 21 days to arrive if stock is not already on route.
  • What currencies are available?
    All orders are processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Prices converted on site using the currency selector are approximate conversions using the rates published on XE.com and are for display purposes only.
  • Can I purchase exclusive rights to a piece?
    Yes — if no prints of the artwork have been sold yet, you can choose to purchase the piece as a one-of-a-kind. This means no further prints will ever be produced, and you will be the sole owner of the only physical version, marked 1 of 1. The price for exclusive ownership is R250 000, which includes a Diasec-mounted print in any of the current sizes I offer — professionally finished and ready to hang. Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery

Nationwide shipping is available in South Africa and will be quoted for depending on your order and delivery address. robzartworx strives to give customers the best and quickest options however it is dependent on print house and courier reliability.

As this is a small business robzartworx cannot guarantee delivery times but usually if a product is in stock it will take approximately  2 to 3 working days to be delivered to your door.

International shipping is also available and will be quoted separately.

Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions

Orders for printed Original artwork in South Africa can take up to four weeks to be delivered as printing and framing is done on demand. Original artwork for international clients is purchased through Pictorem, who take care of all printing and logistics.

Communication will be conducted via email or social media. Business hours are from 9am - 5pm South African time Monday - Friday

Digital files are supplied in high resolution format. For website and social media usage, it is advisable to speak to your website designer for any resizing of files. robzartworx can supply additional low resolution resized files, which will be quoted for separately

 

All artwork created by robzartworx, including but not limited to paintings, illustrations, digital designs, is protected by copyright laws. The copyright ownership of the artwork remains with robzartworx. The artwork provided to the recipient is solely for personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment. The recipient agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork without prior written consent from robzartworx. Any unauthorized use of the artwork for resale purposes or commercial gain is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.100% payment is required before any work can commence.

robzartworx will not guarantee printing quality if any purchased digital download is self-printed.
